- Why so cheap compared to other agencies?
- Two reasons. One: I am a solo operator, not an agency with sales and account managers padding the bill. Two: BroData is in portfolio-building mode, so pricing is deliberately low. Real work, real prices, no hidden agenda.
- Are the prices fixed?
- The listed prices are starting points. Bigger or more complex projects cost more, but I always quote a fixed number before any work starts. No hourly surprises.
- How do I pay?
- Flat RM50 deposit secures your slot, balance on handover. Bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Invoice (Nuvia Ventures, SSM-registered) provided for your records. The flat deposit keeps things simple and filters tyre-kickers without scaring serious clients.
- Do you take refunds?
- If I cannot deliver what we agreed, I refund the deposit in full. So far it has not happened, but the policy stands.
