Daily sales dashboard for a single-outlet kedai makan
Owner was checking sales by flipping through receipts every night. We built one dashboard that shows the same picture in 10 seconds.

The problem
- Owner pulled receipts from the till every night and tallied them by hand on paper. No idea which items were trending or fading.
- Stock orders for the following week were based on gut feel. Some weeks too much chicken, other weeks not enough rice.

The approach
- 01Started with a 20-minute WhatsApp chat to map what decisions the owner actually wanted to make daily and weekly.
- 02Imported 6 months of POS export into a structured Google Sheet, cleaned the item-name typos that had been growing over years.
- 03Built a Looker Studio dashboard with 3 views: Today (live), This Week (KPIs vs last week), and Top 20 Items (sorted by revenue).
- 04Recorded a 4-minute walkthrough video so the owner could refer back without calling.
